24 Months Warranty Extension Guarantee

Tensky provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Please note this warranty policy only available for products sold by Amazon Tensky store or Tensky Official Website. You can submit your warranty ticket on Process Warranty, or contact us via support@tenskytech.com with your order receipt.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Tensky are covered by an 18-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. 

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Process:
Buyer must provide warranty Certificate:
Your Order Number Tensky must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover man-made damage or any of the following:
Purchase from unauthorized resellers.
Warranty period is expired.
Without proof of purchase.
The hair dryer has been repaired unofficially.
Use the hair dryer for any other purpose than drying hair.
Damage caused by operations which are not in accordance with Tensky user manual.
Damage caused by any misuse or accident.
Normal wear and tear(fuse etc.).
